CO H.B. 24-1292 has passed the Colorado House. It’s currently in the Senate State, Veterans, & Military Affairs Committee and needs to be stopped now!
It would ban most, if not all, modern semi-automatic rifles & handguns, many shotguns, all .50 caliber rifles, and many common accessories.
Anti-gun democrats in Colorado believe that modern firearms are “not suitable for self defense and are not well-suited for hunting [or] sporting.”
Evading their clear duty to the Constitution, these anti-liberty lawmakers seek to impose cruel and unusual punishment through grossly-excessive fines on anyone who violates this proposed “law“.Some of the Common Accessories Banned

- First Offense – $250,000
