H.R. 53, called the Firearm Industry Non-Discrimination Act or the FIND Act, amends title 41 to prohibit the government from entering into contracts “with an entity that discriminates against firearm trade associations or businesses that deal in firearms, ammunition, or related products.”
H.R. 53 will help prevent anti-2A entities from directly benefiting from tax-payer-funded government projects.
This would be a huge win for 2A rights as it effectively imposes a monetary disincentive for companies to engage in anti-2A activity.
