BELLEVUE, WA – The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms has welcomed world-famous firearms manufacturer Sturm, Ruger as a “Major” corporate sponsor.
According to CCRKBA Managing Director Andrew Gottlieb, sponsorship levels are named after ranks in the Continental Army: Captain, Major, Colonel, and Brigadier General.
“As a strong defender of the Second Amendment, Ruger is proud to partner with Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms and their defense of our constitutional right to own firearms,” said Ruger’s Rob Werkmeister, vice president of Marketing.
CCRKBA recently announced a Ruger gun giveaway featuring a new PC Charger, chambered for the 9mm cartridge in conjunction with its fall membership drive. No purchase is necessary.
“We are excited to have this important industry support from Sturm, Ruger as we move into a critical election year for our Second Amendment rights,” said CCRKBA Managing Director Andrew Gottlieb. “The continuous unconstitutional attacks on both law abiding gun owners, as well as the industry need to be stopped. It is essential to our rights that we are united moving forward.”
CCRKBA is dedicated to protecting Americans’ firearms rights. The organization’s role is to educate grass root activists, the public, legislators and the media, Gottlieb explained. The Committee has affiliate organizations in many states, such as the Illinois State Rifle Association and New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, both of which have been involved in crucial Supreme Court cases resulting in rulings that have helped restore the Second Amendment to its rightful place as a cornerstone of liberty.
“Our programs are designed to help all Americans understand the importance of the Second Amendment and its role in keeping Americans free,” he observed.
