Michigan H.B. 4150 unconstitutionally extends sensitive places to include a variety of common, public places making many common areas “Gun Free Zones”.
Some places where carrying a firearm is banned:
- Depository Financial Institution or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of a Depository Financial Institution
- Churches or Other Houses of Religious Worship
- Theatres
- Sports Arenas
- Day Care Centers
- Hospitals
- Establishments Licensed Under the Michigan Liquor Control Code
- Buildings (or parts of buildings) Owned or Leased by the State
Contact the House Judiciary Committee now and tell them to vote “NO” on S.B. 4150!
