BELLEVUE, WA – The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms is encouraging West Virginia members and supporters to contact the office of Governor Earl Ray Tomblin about Senate Bill 347.
This measure would allow “constitutional carry” in West Virginia. It passed the House of Delegates 71-29.
Under SB 347, citizens would be able to carry a concealed sidearm without a Concealed Handgun License, while keeping that license in place so West Virginians could carry in other states under reciprocity agreements. It also allows armed citizens to carry in a manner that best suits their needs.
This important legislation is supported by grassroots gun rights activists who have worked tirelessly to get it through the legislature.
